Isabel was born in Melbourne Australia. Her mother is Swiss and her father is Australian. Her family was within Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru, a small town in Northern Territory called Cairns and Cairns Australia. Together with her sister Nina she was a student at schools which included First Nations children as well as children from other cultures. Isabel lives in Byron Bay, NSW Australia. Isabel was engaged in drama from the time she was in school. She then studied Drama at the Queensland University of Technology (Victorian College of Arts) as well as, most recently, Perdekamp's Emotional Method PEM. Before 2002, she never ever auditioned. She appeared in Home and Away for 1988. Though they did not think that she was a good role for her the producers were nevertheless satisfied with her performance and decided to give Tasha an additional role. Isabel played for three years in her first television role and won the Logie Award for new popular artist for her appearance. Isabel relocated her home to Los Angeles. In 2009, her breakthrough part was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Since then, Isabel has starred and won awards in numerous US films as well as Australian ones. Isabel was recently a character in Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy a fast-becoming Australian classic, and the soon-to-be released thriller Lunacy. Isabel is a fervent animal rights supporter and has volunteered with many environmental organizations. Her PatronAmbassador role for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival, HRAFF has lasted for 10 years. Isabel known for her environmental concerns and commitment to social justice and ethical values, was the face and brand ambassador for various fashion, cosmetics and beauty campaigns.
